END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Please read this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using Kupper Software Application.

By clicking the “I Agree” button, downloading or using the Application, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not click on the “I Agree” button and do not download or use the Application.

All paid-via-Atlassian apps adhere to the Atlassian terms of use agreement.

License

Kupper Software grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install and use the Application solely for your personal, or company purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

Use a single copy of this Software in a single instance of a computer system.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose or otherwise commercially exploit the Application source or make the Application license available to any third party.

Ownership

We retains all right, title and interest, including all intellectual property rights, and any modifications or derivative work. You are not allowed to create, or to allow creation of any kind of derivative works or products, from our Application.
